New Slim Line web cleaner for high performance particle removal
The new generation SL has been developed to enhance our range of cleaning options for converting applications. This entry level web cleaner is built on the same platform as the Mini Web Cleaner but offers a wider range of width options. Without machine covers the small profile allows integration in confined spaces for either single or double sided cleaning, close to the critical value add process.
The SL is ideal for pilot lines or validation of the cleaning process and will improve yield in applications such as digital printing, medical packaging, bagging machines or for cleaning laminating and calender rollers.
Available with Nanocleen+ or Teknek's traditional elastomer cleaning roller system this versatile product can be used across a wide range of materials and processes. The ability to mount the machine through 360 degrees plus the option of anti static bars make the SL a complete solution for many customers.
Range of cleaning widths available from 150 - 1100mm (4” - 43”).
