Mini Web Cleaner
The MWC is the latest development in the Teknek range of contact web cleaners for the converting and electronics industry.
Designed specifically for small web sizes and slower speed applications the MWC offers a unique multi-point installation framework which allows the cleaning modules to be transferred between host machines to suit different critical applications. The very slim profile of the MWC - 75mm (3"); its unique multi-point cantilever mounting framework; the easy sliding arrangement - all mean the cleaning modules can be moved to a different position or a different machine within seconds. This interchangeability can provide maximum cleaning effect for minimum budget.
Utilising Teknek's well proven, highly effective elastomer cleaning rollers and high performance adhesive rolls the MWC will permanently remove dry unnattached particles down to 1 micron in size from webs 100mm (4") to 345mm (13.5") wide.
Suitable for many reel to reel applications including label printing, in-mould decoration, TAB (tape automated bonding), flexible circuit manufacture, the MWC is web driven and can be mounted through 360 degrees. Anti static bars can be added as an option and are fitted to the mounting frame.
