Cleaning one or both sides

Available as a single or double sided cleaner the XCH can be positioned either on an existing diverter roller or mounted as a stand alone double side unit.

Side Access

Access to the elastomer cleaning rollers and the pre-sheeted adhesive rolls is a must have feature for many applications. Side access is achieved using robust, steel telescopic slides which project clear of the line. In the closed position they accurately control the positioning of all the rollers.

Covers

Many applications require machines to have covers. Manufactured from stainless steel they provide the necessary guarding, and access to the relevant parts of the machine where required.

Integration

The ability to be mounted in various positions, the XCH design takes into account the need for brackets with pre-tapped holes and access to mounting extrusion. Full electrical integration is achieved by means of line running signals and optional speed matching.

Airshaft Technology

The use of high performance state of the art airshafts within the XCH range ensure the operator can replace the adhesive roll with ease. Consistency in the position of the adhesive roll is achieved by accurately controlled internal pneumatic pressures.
