How often do I need to replace the Rubber Roller?

This will vary depending on the application - in particular the speed of material throughput and the properties of the material being cleaned.

Teknek are in the process of developing a simple test to allow you to assess the effectiveness of your roller. Until that is available, our advice is that the roller should be replaced somewhere between 12 and 24 months - depending on the application.
