The PCML Pre Clean Machine Laminator is a cold roll laminator specifically designed for the application of ultra thin film for the protection of PCB phototools / artworks.

Protek emulsion protection film protects the delicate emulsion surface of a phototool from minor scratches and handling damage.  A small scratch across a circuit image can result in the the repeat production of an open or short circuit and or hundreds of pounds worth of scrap boards.

With lines and spaces becoming ever smaller, Protek USR film is available in a 6 micron thickness which is suitable for even the smallest track and gap sizes.

The PCML 640 is suitable for artworks sizes up to a maximum 25" (635mm) x 25".  Larger sizes are catered for with the PCML 2 model which has a working width of  850mm (33").

Both models of PCML are designed to provide tension free lamination and ensure the dimensional stability of the artwork is not affected by the lamination process.
