The contact cleaning process uses sheeted adhesive rolls, which once consumed, have to be disposed of. After extensive research and testing Teknek has released its new EcoFilm adhesive rolls.
The EcoFilm product (Patent Pending) is the first Oxy-degradable clean machine adhesive roll to be available on the market. It retains all the benefits of the Teknek Nanocleen+ adhesive roll - plus the added advantage of being “green”.

Tekwipes

Tekwipes remove fingerprints and other oil based contamination from rollers glass and surfaces (will not harm LCD screens).
Tekwipes are formulated to have the best ratio of Isopropanol to water for optimised cleaning/flash off performance.
Developed specially by Teknek for use in clean rooms and for maintaining rubber rollers (DCR hand tool range) and machine rollers alike. Ideal for refreshing rubber roller surfaces for top cleaning performance.
Tekwipes are made of lint free material for clean room usage.

NanoCleen

Nanocleen cleaning core provides further key benefits to the clean machine user.
Removal of nano particles (tested using 25/45nm silver particles) – perfect for use in optical film manufacturing

Surface energy friendly – does not affect the dyne levels – critical for coating applications.

Nanowipes

Care for your Nanocleen Rollers with these specially designed Nanocleen wipes from Teknek. Nanocleen Rollers have a special surface finish which contributes to their excellent cleaning performance and ability to pick up small particles.
For this reason, Teknek recommend that they should only be cleaned using Teknek Nanowipes.
Teknek Nanowipes have been chosen for their gentle but effective cleaning ability. To clean the Nanocleen rollers, simply dampen the Nanowipe using clean water, wring out any excess water and then firmly wipe the surface of the roller.
Nanowipes should not be washed but should be replaced regularly.
