Slide access
The access to both the elastomer cleaning rollers and the Teknek pre sheeted adhesive rolls is achieved with the side access feature. The operator has full access to refresh adhesive roll and clean down the elastomer rollers with IPA.
multi lingual operator interface
There are many different languages programmed into the standard software in the CM8. Asian and European languages are available within the feature, making it easy for your operator to run the machine.
conveyor design
Both Disc and Tape conveyors are available for all models of the CM8. Tape conveyors are used for thin material where the disc type is used to transport more rigid substrates.
7kv anti static system
Anti Static bars on the exit of the machine greatly reduce the risk of re-contamination of substrate after processing through the contact cleaner. Machines with the Auto Reverse feature have anti static bars on both exit and entry.
blue roller lift and top drive
This feature has been developed to allow the CM8 to process many different types of materials. Thick, thin and very sensitive substrates pass through the cleaning engine using software controlled pneumatics to position the rollers and the material.
qrh system
The QRH "Quick Release Holder" system within the CM8 provides the operator a fast, safe and simple method of replacing the Pre Sheeted adhesive roll. No spindle or tools are needed to make the change.
