The CH2 is a single-sided contact clean machine for the removal of contamination for fitting to semi and ¾ automatic screenprint machines and other single sided applications.

Teknek CH2

The automatic Cleaning Head is operated by the moving print table of the host equipment from which it takes its pneumatic and electrical signal. Working as an integral part of the printing process, the Clean Machine provides just-in-time, full edge-to-edge cleaning, immediately before printing.

Applications include membrane front panels, label stock, circuit layers, graphic overlays, facias, glass plus many others.

The CH2 is ideal for single-sided contact cleaning in reel-to-reel medical packaging applications.
