In the course of supplying over 12,000 Clean Machine units worldwide the importance of top quality adhesive rolls has never been greater and pursuit of perfection falls in the 'pleased but never satisfied' bracket here at Teknek. 
From 20 years in the business of contact cleaning, Teknek has acquired the ability to make adhesive rolls from 25mm wide up to 1500mm (60 inches). This has been achieved by the close supervision of every aspect of adhesive roll manufacture from the paper mill, the paper quality, gauge, printing, silicone release coating, adhesive type, grade, thickness and curing characteristic. At the end of this list we have only arrived at a 'jumbo roll' of coated product some 4000 linear yards long. This jumbo roll of adhesive paper has then to be converted to numerous sizes suitable for use in a Clean Machine - usually only 20m in length and wound on special cores of either 1½", 3" or 6" diameter.
The resulting adhesive roll has then to be packaged (protected), shrink wrapped, labelled (inside and out including batch numbering for traceability), in preparation for being shipped anywhere in the world.

Pre-Sheeted Adhesive Rolls
In 2003, Teknek conceived and implemented the world's first pre-sheeted adhesive roll. This meant that removal of the outer wrap was both convenient, safe and cost effective. This innovative development has been taken up by 70% of our customers to date - the numbers continue to rise as production volume has increased to keep up with demand. Today's product might look similar to the product of yesteryear but this belies the attention to detail and the many continuous improvements absorbed into the product specification over the genesis of the world's best performing adhesive rolls.
