Bundled spares and options
The ‘Old way’ of visiting customers to find out what spares are needed is costly and ineffective. So we decided to reverse the process and send out a bundle of selected spares. It is much less expensive to send a parcel of spares than to send a person and then send the spares!
How it works
Basically, you tell us what machines you have (model and Serial No.) and we can arrange the appropriate spare parts that might be needed (A spares kit with 95% coverage of likely parts- and fully itemised).
You give us a ‘Sale or return order’ and we ship the parts to you.
Whatever parts you don’t require are returned to Teknek in the re-usable packaging and you are then invoiced for the parts used. It is that simple!
You have the additional option of deciding if you need a trained Teknek Technician to service and fit your spare parts. By being organised, we can cluster service visits reducing costs dramatically. This works especially well when there is a planned Preventative Maintenance programme- I.e. we are not responding to an emergency! We will be glad to quote you an attractive ‘Per Machine’ cost rather than a time, expenses and materials rate. This way, all costs are known ‘up front’.
When you participate in the Teknek 5 Star* Service plan you are automatically registered for a free Preventative Maintenance visit within a 6 month period. Planning ahead we can take care of any spares requirements and will likely carry out basic servicing tasks during the ‘PM’ visit.
Assessment of your machine condition
It may be that you do not have the resource to evaluate the condition or the cleaning performance of your equipment. For a nominal charge (£49/or equivalent currency) we can arrange to visit your facility to review the service needs of your equipment. This charge will be reimbursed if you further participate in either Option ‘A’ or ‘B’ in Teknek 5 Star* Service Plan.
Introductory offer on Spares –less $’s, £’s, hassle
As a special incentive to our valued customers we are making a special offer (limited period only) of 25% reduction on all bundled spares orders, including the more expensive items like rubber rollers and static bars.
If we can’t get round to all of our customers in an immediate timeframe, we will honour this offer on your first bundled spares order providing you register your interest with us before 21st April 2010.
