Refurbish / Exchange Program

If you have old or tired cleaning equipment, or you simply can’t afford costly down time, this programme might be for you.

Teknek now offer an exchange programme for many of the more popular models we make, including sheet cleaners, web cleaners and some desk top items.
Teknek can arrange to ship an equivalent unit to your premises for immediate installation by either your own engineering staff or a trained Service Technician from Teknek.  This ensures minimum down time in your production.
Your original machine is shipped back to Teknek where it is reconditioned to full operational efficiency by our trained staff.
The re-conditioned units have a full 6 months warranty-as per new equipment and all major components will have been replaced including the all important rubber rollers and bearing system. In many cases the reconditioned equipment will look ‘like new’ and customers may decide to keep the replacement machine to save further disruption to their lines.
The process is simple to arrange-all we ask you to do is accurately identify the Serial number and model of your machines (see below) so we can provide a ‘match’. You will be quoted a fixed price for the exercise (since all costs are known in advance) order with complete confidence!

When you participate in the Teknek 5 Star* Service plan you are automatically registered for a free Preventative Maintenance visit within a 6 month period. Planning ahead we can take care of any spares requirements and will likely carry out basic servicing tasks during the ‘PM’ visit.
