In response to requests from some of our most successful customers Teknek have introduced a re-vamped After Sales Support and Service which addresses the stated needs of some of our top performing customers.
Not all machines look like the “before” example below, but over time many Teknek machines get overlooked and without proper maintenance don’t deliver the same high levels of cleaning performance as new machines.

Option A - Exchange or refurbishment package-fixed price
Send equipment back to Teknek for factory refurbishment, with 6 months warranty and automatically registered for a free Preventative Maintenance visit within a 6 month period.

Option B - Bundled spares package (discounted sale or return)
Obtain a complete package of the spare parts that might be needed to renovate your machine for your own in-house repair, or (optionally) arrange for trained Teknek Technician to service and fit your spare parts.
